We design and facilitate civic assemblies, deliberative town halls, and public processes where everyday people learn about the issues, deliberate across differences, and hand decision-makers recommendations they can act on.
Processes that turn public opinion into public decisions.
Civic assemblies
A randomly selected, representative group comes together across ideological and demographic differences to learn about, deliberate on, and recommend solutions to key public policy questions.
Residents discuss an issue in small groups and give feedback on policy ideas — both with each other and with their member of Congress. Participants are selected by lottery.
Civic Genius teaches the skills you need to create a stronger civic culture — for governments, campuses, companies, and community organizations. Fun, fulfilling, and always nonpartisan.
